The service
CaseWatch automatically checks your case on mycase.rscafrica.org, with your consent and on your behalf, and delivers hourly status reports (08:00–21:00 SAST) by email and — once available — WhatsApp. We display what the portal shows; we do not and cannot influence, speed up, or provide advice about your case.
Fees
The service costs R50 per month, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancelling stops reports (and deletes your MyCase login details immediately), and no further billing occurs after the current period. You will never be charged without explicitly subscribing.
Your responsibilities
You confirm the MyCase account you connect is your own (or that you are authorised by its owner, e.g. a family member on the same case), and that automated access on your behalf is your informed choice. Keep your email account secure — it is how you sign in here.
Service limits
We depend on the availability and layout of the MyCase portal. If the portal is down, changes, or blocks automated access, reports may be delayed or interrupted; we will tell you rather than stay silent. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding month (currently zero).
Ending the service
You can cancel or delete your data at any time from your account page (see the privacy policy for exactly what is deleted and when). We may suspend or end the service with reasonable notice, in which case all your data is deleted per the privacy policy.
